1. Loyalty Pass Purchases

The World of Game Loyalty Pass is a one-time digital purchase for $2.99 USD that grants access to live chat battle rooms during the 2026 FIFA World Cup. Once purchased, the pass is immediately activated on your account.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Loyalty Pass:

• All sales are final once the pass is activated on your account
• We do not offer refunds once chat battle access has been granted
• If you have a technical issue preventing access to the service, contact us within 48 hours of purchase and we will investigate and resolve the issue

3. Exceptions — When We Will Issue Refunds

We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:

• You were charged but did not receive access to chat battle features
• There was a duplicate charge on your account
• The service was completely unavailable for more than 24 continuous hours during your purchased period

4. How to Request a Refund

• Date of purchase
• Reason for refund request

We will respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method.

5. Cancellation

The Loyalty Pass is a one-time purchase — there is no subscription to cancel. Your access remains valid for the entire duration of the 2026 FIFA World Cup. No recurring charges will ever be applied to your account.
